How does the free trial work?
Install the extension and you get 5 contact searches on us — no card, no account gymnastics. AI intro drafts and the saved-jobs tracker are included so you can run the full loop on real jobs before paying anything. When the 5 run out, you'll see a link back here to upgrade.
How does billing work? Can I cancel?
Pro and Max are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime — reply to your welcome or receipt email, or contact us, and we'll cancel immediately; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Unused searches don't roll over; the counter resets each billing month.
What do you do with my data?
Your resume is used only to draft your intro emails. Contact searches run against the job posting you're viewing — we don't scrape your LinkedIn account or your network. We never sell your data, and your drafts and activity stay yours.
Does Highcard get access to my Gmail?
Highcard sends through Google's official Gmail API with permission you grant explicitly, from your own address. Every email is shown to you before it sends, replies land in your normal inbox, and you can revoke access in your Google account at any time. No shared sending servers, no spam infrastructure.
